Understand Customer Notes, Favorites and Blacklist Warnings

• Customer note: A saved note appears with a red pulsing indicator so staff know to read it. The note may contain an important preference or warning.
• Favorite customer: A heart icon identifies favorite status.
• Blacklisted customer: The customer area turns red and displays the blacklist reason.

A blacklist warning does not automatically prevent a sale. Stop, read the reason, and follow your store’s authorization policy before continuing. Never ignore a warning merely because checkout remains available.
