Register & Sales: Complete Guide

The register is the center of everyday selling in RepairNest POS. It keeps the customer, products, prices, tax, discounts, notes, totals, and checkout together on one screen.

Use this book to learn the layout, ring up a sale, identify products by name or code, protect staff from customer warnings, issue controlled refunds, and pause a slow transaction without losing the cart.

A simple sale

1. Confirm the register is in Sale mode.
2. Find the customer by phone number, or keep Walk-In Customer.
3. Search or scan the product, then add it to the cart.
4. Review quantity, price, discount, tax, and notes.
5. Confirm the total and complete checkout.
6. Provide the receipt.
