How to configure keypad tax controls and EBT

Supported register layouts provide keypad controls for tax choices and, for eligible configurations, EBT payment options.

Configure tax controls

1. Open Settings > Register.
2. Find Keypad Settings.
3. Enable Hide All Tax when tax controls should not appear on the keypad.
4. If tax controls remain visible, choose whether to hide the No Tax option.
5. Configure the additional keypad button when available.
6. Save the settings.

Configure EBT

1. Find EBT Settings when this feature is available for your brand and account.
2. Enable EBT.
3. Choose whether the EBT button appears on the keypad.
4. Save the settings.

Tax and EBT configuration can affect checkout compliance and payment handling. Confirm the business requirements before changing these controls.
