How to set up scheduled sales-summary texts

In this guide: SendSet aup location'sscheduled sales-summary notifications, also called SMS alerts, text alerts, sales summaryalerts, toor scheduled sales messages, for selected phone numbers at scheduled times.numbers.

Steps

1. Open Settings > Text Alert Settings.
2. In Recipients and schedule, enter a valid phone number and select Add.
3. Add a second recipient if needed. A location can have up to two recipients.
4. Select an alert time and add it.
5. Add a second time if needed. A location can send scheduled summaries at up to two times each day.
6. Choose which sales-summary values should appear in the message.
7. Select Save Text Alert Settings.
8. Send a test alert when available to confirm delivery.

What scheduled summaries do

At the selected times, RepairNest POS sends a snapshot of the sales values chosen for that location. Daily Target event alerts are configured separately.

Tips

• Use phone numbers that can receive text messages.
• Confirm the location and time zone before choosing alert times.
• Keep recipients limited to people who should see business-performance information.
