How to Apply a Discount

1. Add the products to the cart.
   
   

   

   
   
2. Select the Discount total or the relevant item discount control.
   
   

   

3. Choose or enter the authorized discount.
   
   
4. Review the updated discount total, tax, and amount due.
   
   

   

   
   
5. Confirm the reason or approval required by your store.

Apply discounts before checkout and confirm that the customer received the intended amount—not a duplicate discount at both item and receipt levels.
