How Employee Appearance Preferences Work

Appearance is stored with the employee profile. When an employee signs in, RepairNest POS applies that employee’s Light or Dark preference.

This is useful on shared workstations because the visual mode can follow the person using the software rather than forcing every employee to use the same display.

If no valid appearance is saved, the system uses Light mode as the safe default. If an appearance seems incorrect, edit and save the employee profile, then sign in again or refresh the session.
