How to Search and Select a Customer

1. Open the customer selector on the register.
2. Search by phone number whenever possible. Name search is also available.
3. Review the matching customer details.
4. Select the correct customer.
5. Check the customer area for favorite status, notes, or blacklist warnings before adding products.

If the customer’s information is incomplete, update the correct existing profile instead of creating a near-duplicate.
