How to Process a Partial Receipt Refund

After loading the original receipt into the refund workflow:
Review all eligible receipt lines.
Delete every item that is not being returned.
For a multi-quantity line, keep only the quantity actually returned.
Confirm the refund total, tax, discounts, and tender.
Complete checkout and provide the refund receipt.
RepairNest POS tracks refunded quantity. A product line can be refunded only up to the quantity originally sold; a fully refunded item cannot be refunded again.
