How to Require a Signature by Payment Method

Open Settings → Payment Methods.
Go to Options.
Under Signature, select every payment method that must collect a signature.
Select Update Options.
Test a checkout using one selected method.
You can require a signature even for Cash if that is your store policy. Leave the selection empty when no method requires one.
