How to Enable Online Card Processing

- Find Payment Processing.

- Select the active payment processor.
- Open the processor’s device-management link when shown.
- Configure and test the physical terminal.
When processing is Offline, integrated card requests are not sent through the selected processor.
How to Select and Manage a Payment Processor
- Enable online processing.
- Open the Payment Processor list.
- Select the processor configured for your account.
- Save the setting.
- Use the displayed management link for Dejavoo, Stripe Terminal, PAX, or another supported processor as applicable.
- Run an approved test transaction and confirm the result returns to RepairNest POS.
Do not select a processor that has not been provisioned for the location.
Integrated vs. Non-Integrated Card Processing
Integrated processing sends the payment request from RepairNest POS to the selected card terminal and returns the approval result to checkout.
Bypassed or non-integrated processing records the tender in POS without using the normal integrated request for that payment.
Use integration whenever it is available. Bypass should be a controlled exception for an approved operational reason, not a routine shortcut.
