- Every serial or IMEI matches the physical item.
- Final receipt or statement provided.

## For cancellation

- Cancellation reason recorded.
- Paid amount and fee reviewed.
- Refund calculation explained.
- Cancellation/refund document provided.
- Reserved stock and serials released and physically returned.
